I pre-ordered the “Femme Fatale” Premium Fan Edition MONTHS AGO, but I just got an e-mail saying my order failed because my credit card was declined.

Well, maybe if Sony had actually charged me WHEN I ORDERED THE DAMN THING, this wouldn’t have been a problem. I’m supposed to remember to leave $60 in my bank account at all times JUST IN CASE the album FINALLY ships?
